What We Require
- 5+ years of experience on commercial electrical projects ranging from $250K to $5M
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively
- Valid driver’s license
- A strong work ethic - driven, safety-minded, dependable, and straightforward
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing apprentices and journeypersons
- Strong problem-solving abilities, great organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in:
- Fire alarm systems
- Conduit installation
- Power distribution
- Lighting systems
- Motor controls
- Managing crews
