SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skills:
Face to Face onsite interview.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or senior technical support, preferably within financial services.
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, supporting, and scaling enterprise AI/LLM products such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform.
- Strong Python, PowerShell, and automation/scripting skills with understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Experience with AI security, compliance, access management, SSO/SCIM, audit logging, DLP, and responsible AI policies.
- Strong experience troubleshooting complex Level 3 engineering issues, incident/problem management, RCA, and platform reliability.
- Experience integrating M365, ServiceNow, identity platforms, connectors, and enterprise AI applications.
- Ability to train and mentor Level 2/2.5 support teams, work with Microsoft/vendor engineers, and contribute to AI-agent automation for support and QA.
