SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience: 8-10 Years
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable microservices, backend applications, and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Translate business and technical requirements into pragmatic solution designs, estimates, prototypes, and production-ready implementations aligned with architecture and security standards.
- Apply clean-code principles and automated testing, conduct code and design reviews, and maintain clear technical, API, and operational documentation.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, containerized workloads, monitoring, logging, alerting, and other engineering automation.
- Own application reliability by troubleshooting complex defects and incidents, performing root-cause analysis, optimizing performance, and delivering sustainable remediation.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, quality engineering, DevOps, and dependent teams to manage delivery scope, risks, dependencies, and releases.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, sharing standards and reusable patterns, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving continuous improvement across the team.
