SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale UiPath RPA solutions.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, and AI Center for end-to-end automation development.
- Experience integrating Agentic AI/GenAI capabilities, including intelligent agents, copilots, document understanding, and workflow orchestration.
- Proficient in OCR, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and building intelligent automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, and automating web, Citrix, mainframe, and attended/unattended bot processes.
- Knowledge of Process Mining, Task Mining, CI/CD, version control, and automation deployment best practices.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact automation solutions.
