SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Crystal Reports development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in Crystal Reports migration from Oracle to SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL querying, relational databases, data models, schemas, and datasets.
- Experience with report conversion, data validation, reconciliation, and report comparison.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA performance tuning and query optimization.
- Experience with migration testing, UAT support, functional testing, and performance testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies, reporting issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects, HANA Calculation Views, ETL processes, and data migration methodologies.
