Responsibilities
The MEP Head is responsible for overseeing the execution, installation, and commissioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting. They will manage project schedules, budgets, tender documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
Candidates must have extensive experience in site execution and supervision of various MEP systems including chillers, pumps, and electrical infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP/SAP, and the ability to manage project documentation and vendor activities are mandatory.
