Responsibilities
Conduct quarterly operational and process audits across malls, covering housekeeping, security, parking, facility management, and food and beverage operations. Identify gaps, report findings to management, coordinate closure of observations with site teams, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any discipline and 8–12 years of experience in mall operations, real estate, retail, or hospitality are required. Candidates should have operations audit and quality assurance experience, knowledge of mall operations and facility management, SAP knowledge, analytical skills, and strong reporting abilities.
