About Palaride
Palaride is a city-to-city carpooling app for drivers and riders across Canada. We recently launched on the Apple App Store, and payments are already connected through Stripe.
The role
We’re looking for a co-founder to grow Palaride, with a focus on bringing drivers onto the platform. Palaride is a two-sided marketplace. It only works when there are enough drivers for riders to book, so growing driver supply is the core of this role.
What you’ll do
- Recruit drivers and help them get set up and taking rides
- Grow the driver side of the marketplace through outreach, partnerships and word of mouth
- Work on growth and marketing, including SEO and content, to bring in drivers and riders
- Help shape the product based on what drivers and riders tell us
Compensation
This is an unpaid co-founder position. In return, you’ll receive 30% of all company profits.
Time commitment
Likely 5-15 hours a week.
Who should apply
