We're looking for a part-time Associate Dentist who wants more than just a job. Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a supportive environment that helps you thrive.
What you'll love about this role
You'll earn 40% of collections, working out of an established, busy clinic with a strong patient base. Saturdays are a must, with additional days available to round out your schedule. We're also offering a signing bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidate, plus mentorship and a genuinely collaborative clinical team behind you.
What you'll be doing
You'll deliver a full spectrum of general dentistry - restorative, cosmetic, and preventative care - and build thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that put patient health and confidence first. You'll build real, long-term relationships with patients in a welcoming environment, work alongside a skilled and supportive team, and keep accurate records while upholding professional standards.
What you bring
A DDS/DMD from an accredited program, and you're licensed (or eligible) to practise in Ontario. Beyond that, we're looking for strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care - plus a passion for continuous learning and growth.
Experience with hard tissue laser, CEREC, CBCT, intraoral scanning, or a digitally advanced practice is a bonus, but not required.
