Through Pearle Weddings & Events, we also create celebrations and gatherings across each of our properties.

Our commitment to hospitality began in 1936 with Pearle Ciancone. That vision was carried forward by Ron and David Ciancone, whose acquisition of Ancaster Mill in 1979 became the foundation for what Pearle Hospitality is today. Since then, we have continued to restore, reimagine, and steward iconic destinations with a deep respect for heritage, craftsmanship, and community.

Today, that vision continues through transformative projects, including the restoration of Niagara Falls' historic Toronto Power Generating Station and our culinary partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Patrick Kriss and Alo Food Group.
