Receptionist (Maternity Leave Contract)

Reports To: Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:

Peloton is seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the position:

Start date: Mid November 2026
End date: TBD based on decided length of Maternity leave

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with onboarding new employees

General Support:

Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Provide support for special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Foster a positive and welcoming office environment.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Regularly stock the kitchen with beverages, snacks, and other supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
