Technical Analyst
Location / Work Mode:
Montreal, Québec, Canada – Full-time Onsite
Pay / Rate:
$100/hour

Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for application development, enhancement, and support initiatives across Microsoft and Azure platforms.
- Lead solution design, stakeholder workshops, user training sessions, and business process discussions in French and English.
- Support incident management, L2/L3 production support, change management, and release activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide guidance on best practices and technical standards.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 10–13 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead.
- Advanced French-Canadian fluency (reading, writing, presentations, and stakeholder workshops).
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, Azure PaaS services (Web Apps, Function Apps, Key Vaults, App Services), and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Blazor or Angular for front-end development.
- Experience with mobile application development, specifically iOS and .NET MAUI.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and communication skills.
- Experience with incident management, L2/L3 support, and change management.
- Experience leading technical discussions, solution design, and cross-functional team coordination.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and business units.
- Familiarity with application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Baie-Comeau, Bécancour, and Deschambault.
Screening Focus:
- French language proficiency and ability to conduct workshops/presentations in French.
- Depth of experience with .NET, Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL), Azure PaaS services, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Hands-on expertise with Blazor or Angular.
- Experience developing and supporting iOS and .NET MAUI applications.
- Stakeholder management, business analysis, production support, and technical leadership capabilities.
