Responsibilities
As a Business Systems & Automation Analyst, you will:
- Support day-to-day operations of ERP systems and related business applications, including
troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support. - Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business
decision-making. - Build and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and
Power Apps. - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation across
business functions. - Create and maintain documentation, procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of new solutions and enhancements.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to support system improvements.
- Provide user training and ongoing support as required.
- Explore AI and machine learning capabilities within Microsoft technologies to drive
efficiencies. - Provide timely updates to stakeholders, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
