Role Description The Pet Product Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This role is responsible for supporting the development, organization, and lifecycle management of pet products across wellness, nutrition, grooming, and everyday care categories. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating product listings, tracking inventory and product performance, and assisting with product onboarding and updates on e-commerce and retail channels. The coordinator will liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and customer-facing staff to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability. This position also supports small-scale product-related projects, gathers customer feedback, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the product assortment to align with PETVIGO’s wellness standards.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in pet products or retail, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software and data tools.
- Post-secondary education in business, merchandising, animal science, or a related field is an asset, along with a genuine interest in pet wellness and responsible pet care.
