Phillips & Cohen Associates, LLC the global leader in estate account management with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, seeks an experienced ETL Developer to join the team. The ETL Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting data integration solutions that power critical business and client-facing operations. Reporting to the Department Team Leader, this role combines ETL development, database programming, production support, and process automation to ensure data is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, the ETL Developer will translate requirements into scalable solutions while identifying opportunities to improve performance and streamline processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong SQL Server and SSIS experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex data challenges.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment and requires employees to reside in either the United States or Canada and within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations in Wilmington, DE; Columbus, OH; or Montreal, Canada
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Develop, optimize, and support SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ETL failures, and data integrity concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience developing and supporting relational databases, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
