About the Role
We are looking for a talented and user-focused UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines user research, interaction design, problem-solving, and strong collaboration skills to transform complex user needs into simple and effective experiences.
You will work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, Researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the product design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements to define UX solutions.
- Conduct and support user research, interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, and experience maps.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive experiences for web, mobile, and digital products.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure seamless transition from UX concepts to visual design.
- Create prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Teams, Engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify usability issues and opportunities for improving existing products and experiences.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, UX guidelines, patterns, and documentation.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive-design principles.
- Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions.
- Stay updated on emerging UX methodologies, design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–6+ years of relevant UX/product design experience, depending on role seniority.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, research, interaction design, and end-to-end case studies.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and UX methodologies.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, SaaS, or digital products.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain design decisions using user insights, research, and product objectives.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams is an advantage.
