Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at PhysioFix Anjou in Montreal, QC. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical function, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions. Daily activities include conducting thorough evaluations, documenting clinical findings, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapy plans as needed. The role involves educating clients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other therapists, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive, client-centered clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Quebec, with a degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent accredited program.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions, with an evidence-based clinical approach.
- Ability to develop clear treatment plans, set measurable goals, and track client progress using accurate and timely documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust, explain treatment options, and educate clients on self-management.
- Comfort working in a collaborative clinic setting, contributing to team discussions, and supporting a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage a full caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain punctuality for appointments.
- Interest in ongoing professional development, including courses, workshops, and staying current with best practices in physiotherapy.
- Experience in private practice or outpatient rehabilitation is an asset; additional certifications in manual therapy, exercise therapy, or sports rehab are beneficial.
