Pillar5 Pharma is seeking a Shipper to play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of pharmaceutical products from the manufacturing facility to distribution centers or directly to customers. The Shipper will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the shipping process, including documentation, compliance, scheduling, and communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, stores, or logistics operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, regulated, or industrial environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and perform physical warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipment of all outbound products according to production schedules and customer orders.
- Manage shipments according to customer and revenue requirements and process shipments through SAP and Planning Systems.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of shipments.
- Schedule and Manage transportation with carriers and freight forwarders, considering factors such as transit time, cost, and special handling requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and proof of delivery.
- Conduct inspections of outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Report any deviations or quality issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, external vendors, and customers regarding shipping-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to resolve shipping-related challenges and optimize processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline shipping processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
- Daily general housekeeping including verification for any GMP and Safety Issues.
- Process consumption reports for customers and processes accordingly to their requirements.
