- Key Responsibilities:
- Performing critical product verification and technical checks of prescriptions to ensure total clinical accuracy and patient safety
- Delivering world-class patient care through high-touch counseling, education, and personalized health support
- Accurately processing prescriptions in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
- Managing pharmacy inventory strategically and coordinating pharmaceutical orders to streamline supply operations
- Maintaining an exemplary, organized, and compliant workspace built for high efficiency
- Upholding rigorous regulatory standards and operational policies to lead the industry in quality
- Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the BC College of Pharmacists
- Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy Management Software (PMS)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is preferred
- Willing to work weekends
