At Focus Hyundai, we know that success is built with hard work, honesty, and a team that has each other's backs. As part of the award-winning Pinnacle Automotive group, we’re proud to offer a workplace that’s as hardworking and welcoming as the people we serve.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who combines creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing to strengthen our brand and drive meaningful results.
About the Role
Focus Hyundai is looking for a creative, organized Marketing Specialist to bring our dealership’s people, vehicles and services to life across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys developing ideas, capturing and editing content, designing promotional materials and keeping a website current. Working with marketing leadership and our Sales, Service and Parts teams, you’ll turn dealership priorities into engaging content and coordinated campaigns that build awareness, generate inquiries and encourage customer visits.
Your responsibilities will centre on three key areas:
- Social Media Management & Content Creation
Manage Focus Hyundai’s social media presence with content that reflects our personality, connects with our community and supports dealership goals.
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar that balances Sales, Service, Parts, dealership culture and community involvement.
Plan, shoot and edit photos and videos, including short-form videos, vehicle features, staff introductions, customer stories and educational content.
Work with dealership staff to develop ideas and help them feel comfortable on camera.
Write engaging captions, headlines and calls to action that match our brand voice.
Schedule and publish content across relevant social channels.
Monitor comments and messages, respond appropriately and direct customer inquiries to the right team.
Stay current on social media trends and identify opportunities that fit our audience and brand.
Review content performance and use the results to improve future content.
- Website Maintenance
Keep the dealership website accurate, current and easy to navigate, helping customers find information and take the next step.
Update promotional banners, offers, images, links and page content through the website’s content management system.
Create and update landing pages for sales events, vehicle promotions, service offers and parts initiatives.
Coordinate website updates with campaign launch dates and offer expirations.
Check pages for accurate information, working links, clear calls to action and a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
Apply basic search engine optimization practices, including page titles, headings, descriptions and image alt text.
Coordinate with marketing leadership and website providers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Campaign Creation & Marketing Assets
Translate priorities from Sales, Service and Parts into clear, compelling campaigns and creative materials.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand upcoming offers, events, seasonal opportunities and business priorities.
Develop campaign concepts, messaging and assets that support defined goals.
Design graphics and promotional materials for social media, digital advertising, website banners, email, dealership signage and print.
Produce creative that highlights vehicle offers, service appointments, maintenance packages, tires, accessories and parts promotions.
Adapt campaign assets for different channels, placements and dimensions.
Maintain consistency across campaign materials while following dealership and Hyundai brand guidelines.
Coordinate approvals and confirm offer details, dates and required disclosures before publishing.
Organize creative files and maintain an accessible library of photography, video, templates and brand assets.
What You Bring
Experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or a related role.
Confidence creating short-form video from initial concept through filming, editing and publishing.
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Canva, CapCut or comparable software.
Experience updating websites through a content management system; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, time management and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
A collaborative approach and confidence working with people across different departments.
An interest in automotive marketing and a willingness to learn about our vehicles, services and customers. Dealership experience is an asset.
