YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage quotation requests for standard, custom, project-based, and special pricing.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotes using the ERP system and pricing templates.
- Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing and product information.
- Manage multiple quote requests and provide timely customer support.
- Support improvements to quoting processes and best practices.
- Review pricing with management and Sales to support pricing decisions.
- Source pricing for custom and non-standard products from manufacturing and supply partners.
- Maintain ERP pricing, customer quotes, discount codes, discount structures, and price files.
- Monitor and update pricing based on current pricing information, market changes, and business needs.
- Identify and resolve pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and improve quoting and pricing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends and pricing best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in product and skills training.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of related business experience
- Experience in pricing or quoting, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing software such as Pronto and Salesforce
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage stakeholder expectations
