Entry Level Customer Service Associate for a leading financial services organization. The
Entry Level Customer Service Associate is a hybrid opportunity requiring three days per week in Durham, NC, and is ideal for those looking to gain professional experience, strengthen their resume, and build a foundation in a client-focused environment. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate include:
- Assist clients by providing information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience via email, messenger, or phone call
- Communicate with individuals in a professional, compassionate, and empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate records and update client information within company systems
- Work closely with team members to support client needs and follow up on inquiries
- Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives to build industry knowledge
Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Service Associate include:
- Bachelor's degree is Required
- Degrees in Communications, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply

Compensation for the Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
- Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour
