We are looking for licensed stylists that have interest or specialize, in one of the aforementioned areas.
Hair Stylists Requirements & Skills
A valid Illinois cosmetology license
High School Diploma Or GED Preferred But Not Required
2+ years of salon experience preferred but not required
Desire to provide exceptional customer service
Passion for people
Effective communication skills
Growth mindset (believes that intelligence and talent can be improved over time)
Ability to work under minimal supervision in professional work environments
Ability to handle stress and pressure in a positive way
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
Portfolio or gallery of work preferred (IG, FB, or website is great)
Compensation
$16- $19 per hour
Starting at 30% commission
15% commission on product sales
