Locations & Schedule
📍 Bloor Street location - 8-hour shifts, 3 days/week
📍 Yorkdale location - 11-hour shifts, 2 days/week
🕒 Full-time hours available (up to 46 hrs/week combined)
What You'll Do
- Provide a visible, professional security presence on the retail floor
- Monitor store activity and respond to incidents professionally
- Represent Pivot Security and our client with a polished, tidy appearance at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff, customers, and management
- Maintain accurate incident and shift reports
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of security experience
- Professional height (minimum 5”10) and build suited to a visible guard presence
- Sharp, tidy personal presentation - this is a suited position
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid security guard licence (Ontario) required
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate required
