About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager to drive product development from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with engineering, design, business, sales, and other stakeholders to build products that solve real customer and business problems.
This role is suitable for an entry to mid-level Product Manager who is looking to take ownership of product initiatives and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
Define product vision, goals, requirements, and priorities.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver product features.
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on customer needs and business objectives.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
Coordinate product releases, timelines, and launch activities.
Track product performance using relevant KPIs and analytics.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Identify product risks, dependencies, and blockers and coordinate solutions.
Facilitate product discussions, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Prepare product documentation, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, technology consulting, or a related role.
Understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Experience creating user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize requirements and manage multiple initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of software development and technology concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on B2B, B2C, SaaS, mobile, or web products.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and user research methodologies.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven product decisions.
Knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, or software architecture is a plus.
Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Technical background or MBA is a plus.
