Welcome to Plantlife Cannabis! We're so excited to lead Canada with one of the fastest-growing Cannabis Retail companies. We currently have 40 retail operations opened and/or in development, and the growth doesn't stop there!! We are currently hiring for our Cobblestone and Westgate locations in Grande Prairie!
Our plans for vast expansion necessitate a team of all-stars to help us achieve our goals. Our retail locations demand a lot out of our team and therefore we are seeking the best of the best to keep our stores and customers satisfied.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another guest service/sales role
- Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
- Able to balance a guest-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints

Responsibilities
Serve guests at the Grande Prairie retail locations by providing exceptional service and educating new and returning customers about cannabis products. Work independently and as part of a team to support store operations, address guest concerns, and contribute to sales goals.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in sales advising or another customer service or sales role, including cash handling and use of a point-of-sale system. They should balance customer focus with results, remain patient when handling complaints, and be comfortable working independently or with a team.
