- Employee reimbursements: Manage end-to-end employee expense reimbursement processes, ensuring accurate GL coding and policy compliance with the use of online expense management platforms. Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the company’s Dext account.
- Intercompany Accounting: Execute monthly intercompany cost allocations, transfer pricing postings, and balance sheet reconciliations to facilitate corporate consolidation.
- Month-End Close: Support finance leadership in executing a strict 5-day month-end close by managing balance sheet reconciliations, posting recurring/accrual journal entries, and preparing actual vs. budget variance analysis
- Project Accounting: Assist with project accounting operations, including job costing, tracking project revenues and expenses, monitoring budget variances, and preparing WIP reports and project profitability analyses.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to deliver continuous, rolling forecast updates, updating financial models with real-time actuals.
- Year-End Audit: Manage external auditor relationships and lead the annual audit process, coordinating cross-functional preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and financial disclosures.
- Statutory Tax Compliance: Oversee tax compliance operations, managing monthly sales tax reconciliation and filing routines and facilitating data preparation and audit-trail support for annual corporate tax filings.
