They’re looking for a project controls expert who can drive accuracy and insight across project planning, scheduling, and cost management. This role keeps critical projects on track, ensures financial and operational targets are met, and helps shape the company’s project controls standards for the future.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee project cost control, estimating, planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple projects
- Build and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Deliver clear project dashboards, earned value analyses, and management updates
- Set up and manage project structures, registers, and tracking tools
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to monitor progress and flag risks
- Drive improvements in project control processes, reporting tools, and digital workflows
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years’ project controls or related experience in mining, industrial, EPCM, or similar environments
- Strong experience with project cost controls, scheduling and planning.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed estimates, reports, and project analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office; working knowledge of scheduling and reporting tools (Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, etc.)
- Analytical mindset, organizational strength, and clear communication
- Interest in digital transformation and continuous improvement
