Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience and achieving sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles. Day-to-day, the Sales Executive will greet and qualify customers, conduct needs assessments, present and demonstrate vehicles, and provide detailed product information on multiple luxury brands. The role includes preparing and negotiating sales proposals, guiding customers through financing and leasing options, and ensuring accurate completion of all documentation. The Sales Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with clients through follow-up communications, coordinate with service and finance teams to support customer needs, and contribute to showroom presentation and promotional events. The position requires consistent adherence to brand standards, ethical sales practices, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing sales, ideally within automotive or other luxury retail environments.
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and client retention abilities, with a focus on delivering premium experiences.
Effective communication and active listening skills, including clear verbal communication and professional written correspondence.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic computer proficiency for managing leads, appointments, and documentation.
Knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing/leasing options is an asset; willingness to learn brand-specific details is essential.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance targets.
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles required; automotive sales experience considered a strong asset.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Availability to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
