We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team within our Winnipeg Office.
In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the organization's financial reporting. Working closely with teams across the business, this position provides meaningful financial analysis, prepares financial statements, supports month-end reporting, and contributes to the annual budgeting process. What You'll Do
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, accountability reports, and variance analyses to support business decision-making
- Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts, including prepaids, receivables, deferred revenue, accruals, debt, and revenue
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaid amortization, and foreign currency revaluations
- Support the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with IFRS reporting requirements
- Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and other finance projects and initiatives as required

What You'll Bring
- CPA designation (or legacy accounting designation)
- 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial results
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems is considered an asset
