CNC Operator
Job Description
Reporting to the production supervisor, the CNC operator sets up, operates and monitors the different numerically controlled machine tools used to perform metal machining operations. He/she ensures the production of high-quality parts and materials.

Main Functions
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints and technical drawings;
- Accurately measure dimensions, weights and depths;
- Set up and operate numerically controlled machine(s) to perform machining operations;
- Prepare etching solution and immerse parts or metal to remove excess material;
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment;
- Follow safety protocol;
- All other related job tasks.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector as a machine operator
- Ability to read purchase orders and tape measures
- Excellent manual skills
- Experience in operating 2-axis and 3-axis CNC machines (asset)
- Spoken and written French: excellent
