Reporting to the Logistics Administrative Manager, the incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to support the Logistics Administration team
What you will do
Equipment Billing
- Create equipment records in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with the various contract clauses.
- Monitor externally rented equipment, including telematics hours, inventory tracking, and document management.
- Adjust equipment transfers.
- Validate related invoices.
Inventory Management – Consumables
- Support the Inventory Technician with the creation of items in the ERP system..
- Organize meetings with Asset Managers and ensure ongoing files are finalized and decisions are communicated.
- Document decisions and maintain related records and documentation.
- Add items to the online catalog (LogisticsNow).
Inventory Management – Equipment
- Support the Equipment Technician in creating visual tools for the management of bulk equipment.
- Manage documentation within SharePoint.
- Follow up on equipment deliveries from suppliers to the Logistics Centres.
- Perform any other related administrative duties as required.
Maintenance
- Open and close work orders in support of the Maintenance Administrative Agent.
- Establish control checkpoints for work orders that are chargeable back to construction sites.
- Manage mechanical documentation within SharePoint.
This role could be for you if you have
- Education in administration, business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the position.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate-level English and French skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to follow-ups.
