Senior Brand Concierge Job Description
Reports to: Store Manager
Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 /hour.
Role Purpose:
The Senior Brand Concierge executes an incredible Poppy Barley customer experience and supports with any operational tasks and procedures. This role also can open and close the store as required.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will deliver exceptional customer service that demonstrates our value of luxury for the people.
- You’ll have an opportunity to share your passion for Poppy Barley through sharing our history, values and product knowledge with our customers.
- Focus on relationship selling, building a client base and offering exemplary customer service.
- Be a Poppy Barley fit expert. Keep up to date on all product knowledge and provide customers with the information necessary to ensure they love their Poppy Barleys.
- Support the operations of the store including but not limited to receiving and processing stock, picking and packing of online orders, merchandising, and inventory counts.
- Supports the store management to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete the opening and closing duties for your shift as assigned
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet store sales targets on a daily basis.
- Conversion rate meets or exceeds target level.
- The store is to Poppy Barley merchandising and presentation standards.
- Inventory adjustments and fulfillment accuracy
Other Details
- Flexibility in availability. Your schedule will include a combination of shift times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- You will be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week
- You will be available throughout the holiday blackout period (mid November to mid January, exact dates to be determined annually)
- Possibility of supporting Poppy Barley Pop Ups and events focusing on Brand Awareness.
