Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Nanaimo. The Sales Consultant will guide customers through the entire sales process, including needs assessment, vehicle selection, test drives, pricing discussions, and closing sales in alignment with Porsche standards. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with prospects and existing customers, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, presenting product features and benefits clearly, and supporting showroom presentation and events. The Sales Consultant is expected to promote a customer-centric culture and represent the Porsche brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including building long-term relationships and managing follow-ups effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex product information in a clear, engaging manner.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or luxury retail is preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort working in an on-site showroom environment, including weekends or evenings as required.
- Ability to use CRM systems and basic office software to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to conduct safe and professional test drives.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail; willingness to participate in ongoing Porsche brand and product training.
