At Post Up, we're building the Databricks for content production, starting with post. Our orchestration engine coordinates pipelines end to end and turns post-production workflows into a persistent graph of assets and transformations, which are deterministic, verifiable, and nearly instant at scale. Our work in high performance media compute and orchestration removes technical friction so creative teams can focus on the work that matters. We're building this AI-native from the ground up; ML inference is embedded throughout the pipeline, not bolted on.
Stack: On-prem, HPC clusters, distributed storage systems, GPU pipelines, real-time video compute.
We're looking for someone who wants to work on genuinely challenging infrastructure problems across distributed systems and media processing with immense scale. Should be familiar with Golang, Postgres, Distributed systems, Distributed filesystems (e.g. HDFS, Ceph, etc).
As our Founding Senior Backend Engineer you will design and build core APIs and services that power our product. You’ll focus on performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring we can serve millions of requests with speed and accuracy.
