Qualifications
We're looking for experienced professionals who bring strong credentials, sound professional judgment, and a genuine commitment to the clients they serve.
- Education, Training & Credentials: Relevant professional education, certifications, qualifications, or specialized training that support your area of expertise.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering services within your specialization, with a clear understanding of the clients, challenges, and circumstances you are best equipped to support.
- Established Professional Practice: The ability to operate independently, manage client engagements, and maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Professional Ethics & Integrity: A commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, inclusive practices, professional boundaries, and working within your scope of expertise.
- Client Relationships: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust, manage expectations, and deliver thoughtful, reliable professional support.
- Collaboration & Communication: A willingness to communicate openly with Posy, maintain accurate information about your services and availability, and contribute to positive client experiences.
- Network Participation: An interest in being an active member of the Posy network, including supporting shared visibility, professional engagement, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Professional Accountability: A commitment to maintaining current qualifications, meeting agreed responsibilities, and addressing client concerns with care and professionalism.
