Overview
The Administrative assistant will support the Finance, Risk, and Contract teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and helping keep operations organized and efficient in a healthcare setting. This position is for one of our valued clients in non for profit healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, take meeting notes, and prepare documents.
- Draft emails, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized files and act as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Support budgeting, financial reports, invoice tracking, and data entry.
- Help maintain risk records, track incidents, and support audits and compliance tasks.
- Assist with contract tracking, renewals, and documentation.
- Compile and organize data for reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with different departments and support team projects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of administrative or coordination experience in healthcare sector is a must
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
