What you'll actually do:
- Partner with our Quantitative Research & Investments team to solve real problems
- Build custom technology and analytics that power live quant investment decisions
- Productionalize and support quantitative models in Python & MATLAB - following engineering best practices (testing, automation, peer code reviews)
Must have skills:
- Strong Python & pandas for data analysis
- Solid SQL skills (and comfort with - or eagerness to learn - MATLAB)
- Sharp math/stats chops and some experience with financial data
- Bonus points for asset management/quant investing exposure, Databricks, or Tableau
