Required Qualifications
- Full-cycle recruitment experience for Product roles in both agency and/or in-house environments.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring workloads (20+ open requisitions simultaneously).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior and demanding stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload while managing complex hiring processes involving sourcing, immigration, compensation/total rewards, and other cross-functional dependencies.
- Extensive experience recruiting for Product-focused roles, including:
- Product Managers
- Product Designers
- Other Product-related positions
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic talent partner by understanding product lifecycles, market trends, and business needs.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving hiring goals.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience advising, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
