Primacare Living Solutions is a family-run, privately held long-term care organization operating three homes across Ontario: Burton Manor (Brampton), Henley Place (London), and Henley House (St. Catharines). We believe in one simple equation: people focused = quality care. That means caring for the whole person, physical needs, emotional wellbeing, and the dignity of living life on your own terms. Our homes provide 24-hour nursing care, dementia care, rehabilitation, end-of-life care, and a full range of social and recreational programs. We are proud to be among the only privately held long-term care organizations in Ontario to hold the internationally acclaimed Butterfly Model of Care accreditation for dementia care. We also offer consulting services to long-term care and retirement home operators across Ontario, helping organizations strengthen their quality standards, navigate regulation, and focus on what matters most: their residents.
