Role Description This part-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based at the Print2Go location in Scarborough, ON. The Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their printing and design needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, handling payments, answering questions about printing options and turnaround times, and ensuring that customer requests are accurately documented. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house area, restocking supplies, and supporting basic service intake for printing, copying, and packaging jobs. The Sales Associate will collaborate with production staff, provide status updates to customers, and help promote current offers and services to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to actively listen, identify needs, and recommend suitable Print2Go services.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with point-of-sale systems; familiarity with design or print-related tools is an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain service options clearly and professionally.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order entry, documentation, and handling of customer materials.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in retail, print services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn about Print2Go’s full range of products and services and to follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, which may include evenings and weekends as needed.
