Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate position based in Scarborough, ON. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing product and service recommendations, maintaining knowledge of Print2Go’s offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include processing transactions, responding to inquiries, delivering top-tier customer support, and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets and uphold the company's standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
- Sales, customer service, and upselling expertise
- Organizational and multitasking abilities for managing daily sales operations
- Basic knowledge of design, printing, and packaging services is an asset
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems or cash registers
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is advantageous
