Based in Mackay and with locations situated in both NSW and QLD, our growing organization is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as a Sales Engineer. Combining your technical knowledge with your sales skills, you will provide advice and support on our expanding range of products and services. Travel throughout NSW and QLD, in particular visits to the states mining basins, will be an essential part of this role. Role • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining, transport and industrial sectors • Research & develop new lines of target market products • Identify, implement and develop new product supply chains both in Australia and abroad • Manage ongoing customer and supplier relationships

Candidate Requirements • Experience in sales, preferably within the mining, transport and industrial sectors • Engineering understanding, including but not limited to the ability to read and disseminate relevant technical information • Experience with AutoCAD or similar drawing package • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills • Very strong attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Demonstrate strong team attributes Remuneration package, organisational and job description details will be communicated upon acceptance of your application.
