Responsibilities
Lead avionics team priorities and coordinate work with the aircraft team lead to meet project schedules and company timelines. Ensure work, aircraft documentation, workplace safety, and cleanliness meet company standards and applicable regulations, while promoting improvements to the safety management system.
Requirements
Candidates need strong verbal and written communication, experience using avionics test equipment and tooling, and proficiency with wiring schematics and aircraft engineering documentation. They must be able to identify and red-line discrepancies, collaborate with engineering to resolve documentation issues, work independently in a dynamic environment, and be available for global travel.
