- Oversee Regulatory Compliance & Reporting – Ensure AML/ATF regulatory obligations and reporting requirements are met accurately and within established timelines, and support regulatory examinations, inquiries, and information requests.
- Manage Third-Party AML Oversight – Act as the primary relationship owner for the third-party AML service provider, monitoring performance, challenging results where appropriate, and ensuring issues are identified, escalated, and resolved.
- Lead & Develop the Team – Lead, coach, and develop the AML team while establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and opportunities for growth.
- Build a Culture of Compliance – Oversee AML/ATF training and awareness initiatives and promote a practical understanding of AML/ATF responsibilities across the Credit Union.
