Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Moncton, NB in a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
As a Product Designer at Proviz Digital, you will design digital products and experiences for our clients, working from early discovery and research through to final, production-ready designs. You’ll collaborate with clients, developers, product managers, marketers, and strategists to turn business and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product design from research and discovery to UX, UI, prototyping, and delivery.
- Design digital products and experiences for renowned brands and growing companies across different industries.
- Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- Present and communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and ensure consistent, accessible, responsive experiences.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
Qualification- Proven experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of UX, Design Thinking, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience with user research and translating insights into practical design solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of responsive design and front-end development constraints.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience in an agency, eCommerce, technology, or client-services environment is an asset.
- Degree in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
