- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, analytics, technology, mining, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interest in mining, resources, operations, or business transformation.
- Learning mindset, teamwork, and the ability to manage priorities.
- Graduate or early-career candidate with 0–1 year of experience.
- Local candidates preferred and authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
- Candidates from varied academic, cultural, and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
