Poste : réceptionniste
Lieu de travail : Montréal (Saint-Laurent), présentiel
Salaire : 20,00 $ à 25,00 $/h
Type de poste : temps plein (40 h/sem)

Notre client, une entreprise dynamique du secteur pharmaceutique située à Saint-Laurent, est à la recherche d'un(e) réceptionniste pour effectuer un remplacement temporaire. Vous désirez occuper un rôle clé au cœur des opérations quotidiennes où votre sens de l'initiative et votre rigueur seront pleinement reconnus ?

Vos responsabilités :

- Accueillir chaleureusement les visiteurs, clients et partenaires, en personne ainsi qu'au téléphone.
- Prendre en charge l'enregistrement des invités et assurer le suivi rigoureux du registre des visites.
- Coordonner la logistique des réunions et des réceptions (réservation de salles, commandes de repas et aménagement des espaces).
- Filtrer, réorienter les appels entrants et gérer le courrier avec efficacité.
- Offrir un soutien administratif ponctuel à l'équipe interne selon les besoins du bureau.

Qualifications essentielles :

- Diplôme d'études secondaires complété (DEP ou AEC en secrétariat, un atout)
- Autonomie marquée, polyvalence et grande capacité d'adaptation

Autre exigence linguistique : anglais
- Niveau de compétence requis : avancé
- Raisons de l'exigence linguistique : communication avec les clients, collaboration entre les équipes internes, soutien aux opérations dans une autre région
- Fréquence d'utilisation : quotidiennement (pour diverses tâches)

Our client, a growing organization in the pharmaceutical sector based in Saint-Laurent, is seeking a Receptionist to cover a temporary leave. Looking for a key front-desk role where your proactivity and polished interpersonal skills will directly support daily operations?

Your Responsibilities:

- Deliver a professional and warm welcome to guests, clients, and partners, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate access records.
- Oversee meeting room preparations and event logistics, including catering coordination and space setups.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone inquiries efficiently.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative backup to the internal team as operational needs arise.
