Title: Product & Pricing Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Toronto (4-days a week) flexible
Duration: Permanent - Direct Hire
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of banking products and pricing, including deposits, lending, cards, fees, rates, offers, or relationship pricing.
- Experience leading customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable business solutions.
- Experience preparing implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Experience implementing SaaS enterprise applications.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
