Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Architect with 15+ years of experience in Oracle and enterprise transformation, with a proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, operating models, transformation strategy, and executive stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and strategic planning for large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Define and govern enterprise architecture, operating models, and transformation strategies.
- Develop integration strategies aligned with enterprise business and technology objectives.
- Support finance and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Lead program planning, risk management, governance, and multi-vendor delivery oversight.
- Drive organizational change and support transformation adoption across complex programs.
- Engage with C-level executives, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations, architecture decisions, and program updates to executive leadership.
- Coordinate across business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
- Provide strategic consulting and contribute to business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Oracle and enterprise transformation experience.
- Proven leadership experience across large-scale ERP transformation programs.
